Hundreds of hexagonal cells do not hold an impact at one point. They spread it across the surface and absorb it. Nature's lightest load-bearing structure, applied to paper.

It arrives as a slim tube. Pull it from both sides and it stretches open around your product. Unlike bubble wrap, it does not eat up warehouse space or slow the line.

Three steps to apply

No extra machine, heat or training for your packing line.

It arrives as a slim tube

Folded into slim, long tubes, dozens to a carton. They take very little warehouse space.

Pull it open

Pull the tube from both sides and the flexible structure stretches as wide as you need. Slip it over the product. No tape or machine.

Into the box

The sleeve spreads an impact across its cells, so glass never touches glass. Close the box and ship it.
